How Long Will My Order Take To Get To Me ?

Good Life Rx Pharmacy will dispatch most orders within 1-2 business days Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter.Delivery times are reliant upon normal Delivery Courier times and vary depending on where you live. Please allow between 1-8 working days from the date of the order being shipped.• For metro areas our delivery time frame is 2-4 business days.• For regional areas our delivery time frame is 4-6 business days.• For remote locations our delivery time frame is 5-12 business days.• For international destinations our delivery time frame is 3-7 business days.Delivery times are an estimate only. Delivery time does not include any time parcels may spend in the destination country's customs service.

What are the Delivery Option & Prices

Orders OVER $50 = Free Shipping (USA only) 
+ An additional $10.00 for Express Postage

Orders UNDER $50 = $8.95 for shipping (USA only) 
+ An additional $18.95 for Express Postage

For International orders, shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the destination selected.

You will see the cost of your shipping in the cart after the destination has been selected which is automatically calculated.

How Can I Track My Order ?

During the fulfillment stage, the status of your order will be updated in your account. After your order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you with a link to track your order via Delivery Courier.

In the event your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery date provided by Australia Post, please contact our Customer Service Team on https://painreliefdrugsonline.net/contact/ to follow up with Courier directly.

What Happens If I am not at home When my Order is Delivered ?

Good Life Rx Pharmacy uses registered mail through Delivery Courier to deliver all parcels. In the event you are not at home to receive the parcel, a card will be left detailing the nearest Delivery Courier outlet where the parcel can be collected.

If your parcel has been redirected to the post office this will also show on your tracking number as ‘awaiting collection’ at the nominated post office where it will remain for approximately 7-14 days.

How do i change my Address when placing a New Order ?

You can add items into your cart as normal and proceed to the checkout. Whilst in the secure checkout under the ‘Contact Details’ underneath the address section there is a box preselected “ship to the same address” if you unselect this option you will be provided with additional space to fill in an alternative address, fill in the details and continue as normal.

If you would like to permanently change your address on your account please send our Customer Service Team an email at https://painreliefdrugsonline.net/contact/ and they will alter it. 

Please note that once your order has been dispatched we are unable to alter the address details.

How are International Order Dispatched ?

Good Life Rx Pharmacy is partnered with Australia Post and EMS to ensure a fast cost effective door-to-door delivery solution. 

All international orders are packed in plain white boxes and carefully packed to avoid movement and subsequent damage in transit.

The cost of the freight is calculated automatically by the site once your order is added to the cart and the destination country is selected, with the charge being shown in USD dollars.

EMS provides tracking for all orders with an additional signature required upon delivery. The system is an express service that allows delivery to most western countries in 3-7 business days.

What Happens if Customs Prevent My Order from Entering My Country ?

All countries have their own custom requirements for specific products, it is imperative that you are certain whether a product can be delivered to your country of origin before you place the order. 

Please ensure relevant customs and postal facilities checks are made to determine if any additional restrictions apply e.g. dollar value limits.

When an order is returned to Good Life Rx Pharmacy by customs, we cannot reship your order to your address or refund your order. However if you have a contact here in Australia, we can ship the order to the nominated address.

How Can i have My Order Left at my Premise ?

Whilst in the secure checkout in the delivery method section you can select the option “Parcel to be left at the premises if no one is available to accept it”. 

Delivery Courier will leave the parcel out of street view and out of the weather. If these conditions cannot be met, your order will be carded to the closest local Delivery Courier outlet.

We do not see your credit card details when ordering online, with all transactions performed by the banking institutions.

We do not store any credit card details under any circumstances.

Can I use a Gift Card/Voucher To Pay For my Order ?

Yes, vouchers can be used to pay for a portion of your order with a limit of one per order.

Please use the ‘got a voucher code? Add it here’ option in the shopping cart and ensure you have checked any and all relevant terms and conditions for your vouchers.

Good Life Rx Pharmacy gift cards cannot be used for online ordering.

Is My Order Confidencial ?

We do not provide this information to any other party for any purposes.

Good Life Rx Pharmacy staff are legally bound by conditions of employment to the confidentiality of your order and personal details.

Can I Put My Families' Patient Profiles In My Account ?

Yes. Registered Users can create as many patient profiles they require for people they may order for. As we strive to provide the best health care we can for our customers, patient profiles ensure we can screen customers for any possible interactions.

Can I Order Via Phone ?

Yes. You can place orders over the phone. Please call and speak with our Customer Service Officers.

If your order will contain prescriptions or pharmacy medication please select the relevant option when calling.

For all phone orders, payment will be required over the phone using a valid Visa or MasterCard. BTC is also available upon request.
